Department of Mechanical Engineering and Department of Basic Science of MITS had organized a National Conference on Recent Advances in Material Processing-10 (RAMP-10) on 27th & 28th March 2010.
The conference is meant to present at a single forum bringing together the state of the art of technology on all aspects related to the recent advances in materials like metals, ceramics, polymers, composite materials etc. It was a great platform to provide excellent opportunity for presenting the latest advances in materials, processing and evaluation to researchers from various R & D organizations and academic institutions and also engineers from industries.
The intended participants & audiences for the workshop were the decision makers (VP, GM, DGM in manufacturing department), Practicing Engineers, Faculties & Engineering Students from various organizations & Institutes.
